Meet the Team

Passionate instructors dedicated to your fitness transformation.

Beverley Kotey

Pilates is my happy place. I took my first Pilates class in 2002 and later trained to teach Stott mat Pilates.

Before I became Pilates instructor I had a career in politics and years spent at a desk. In one of the workplaces we had  lunchtime Pilates. That outlet probably saved my sanity. Teaching Pilates gives me a chance to create that oasis of wellbeing that I was lucky enough to experience.”
