Customer Waiver

By signing this waiver, I confirm the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand that participation in Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Sound Bath, and other fitness or wellness classes at The Studio N20 involves physical activity and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, equipment-related injury, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other health complications.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept the inherent risks associated with such activities.

2. Medical & Health Declaration

I confirm that:

I am physically fit and able to participate in exercise.

I have sought appropriate medical advice where necessary.

I will inform the instructor before each class of any injury, illness, pregnancy, medical condition, or limitation that may affect my participation.

I understand that instructors may offer guidance and modifications, but it remains my responsibility to exercise within my personal limits.

3. Reformer Equipment Acknowledgment

I understand that Reformer Pilates involves specialised equipment with moving platforms and resistance springs.

I agree to:

Follow instructor guidance at all times.

Use equipment only as instructed.

Not adjust springs or settings without permission.

I acknowledge that misuse of equipment may increase risk of injury.

4. Assumption of Responsibility

I accept responsibility for monitoring my own physical condition during class and will stop exercising immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or distress.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that The Studio N20, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in classes.

Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

6. Personal Property

I understand that personal belongings are brought onto the premises at my own risk.

7. Photography & Media

I understand that photography or video may be captured for promotional purposes. I consent to such use unless I notify The Studio N20 in writing prior to participation.

8. Acknowledgment & Agreement

I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver. I sign it voluntarily and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
